OTHER INSPIRATION
  • PELOTON – I do a daily workout or meditation session with Peloton. It moves my body, connects my mind, and fills my spirit. There is power in positive coaching! Chin Up, Crown On!!
  • I walk. A lot. There is a peace to moving forward, outside, whether by myself or with others. When I studied abroad in Norway, they had a saying that translated roughly to: “there is no bad weather, only bad clothing”. Unless it’s unsafe, you’ll find me outside on a walk every free moment I can get!

Working with Caroline was a pleasure for our entire team. She led an interactive retreat introducing many on our team to CliftonStrengths for the first time. Pre-planning with Caroline was a breeze. She brings integrity, efficiency, and a sense of fun in all she does. I would gladly work with Caroline again, and I recommend her highly”.

Caroline is very knowledgeable on the CliftonStrengths language and materials. She made a real impact during our small breakout groups to help everyone see the benefits of their strengths and talk through what they mean. She was very engaging and energetic and provided positive energy making this an enjoyable experience for all participants. I highly recommend Caroline to other teams looking to develop deeper engagement and create community with the individuals that comprise their team.

Caroline has been a game changer for our team! We have been able to unpack individual strengths and learn how to leverage them, have difficult conversations, and provide dedicated follow-up coaching where needed. Caroline is able to come in and cater every session to meet the needs of the group she is working with and refocus and align with the strategic goals of the organization. She also works with our people leaders to make sure they are operating in their strengths and continue to reinforce the messaging with their teams.

Caroline whipped up a perfectly customized 3-day workshop for our team. During our time together, Caroline not only taught everyone about their individual strengths and how to lean into them, but she brought to light the strengths the group had when we collaborated with one another as opposed to pushing back against each other. Caroline listened empathetically and challenged folks respectively; it was both affirming to the individuals and productive for the team. When I needed one-on-one support to update my resume (after 15 years), Caroline helped me highlight my strengths throughout my cover letter and resume. She also provided me feedback, and challenged me, using her strengths in order to ultimately create a resume and cover letter that articulates who I am, what I bring to a team, and a document that makes me proud of myself.
