As a 20 year old woman in college, Samantha taught me how to love myself, put my emotions first, and be in the driver’s seat of my life. I found Sam during a time of confusion and doubt; I was in a toxic relationship, was searching for the right career path, and felt stuck. She guided me back to my inner child and allowed me to realize my self worth. This has led me to being more confident in my life as a recent graduate.
My life has forever changed because of Nancy. She is like the mom, sister, and grandmother I never had and always wanted. She wraps you in a cozy hug while also giving you real talk. I always feel seen. I always feel like I know what to do after I get off the phone with her. She spots my potential so clearly I sometimes feel like she knows me better than I know myself. So incredibly grateful for her as a coach and as a human being in the world.
I have come to accept parts of myself and my history and background because Shantae has lovingly pushed me to talk about who I am and what I want. It’s not always been comfortable, but I have healed so much and come to feel confident in owning my authentic voice. Shantae has been a mirror and elevated my quality of life and contribution to work in noticeable ways.
As a coach and facilitator, Allyson brings together a blend of 3 critical skills. First, she is truly a master in Strengths based development and leadership. Second, she is gifted in her ability to foster an immediate, warm hearted, intimate connection which allows insights, awakenings and action that feels authentic to who you are. Third, all of this comes from a spirit of sincerity and passion for serving and helping individuals and teams not only find the best of themselves and each other but propelling them into action to create real change and real growth.
Chelsea brings so much warmth and compassion into her coaching. Her style is affirmative and empowering. From just a few sessions, I was able to see what needed to change in my life and take the next steps. If you’re looking for support in making new decisions, if you want to feel validated for your experiences, or see your life from a different perspective, I highly recommend working with Chelsea.
Working with Andee, I find myself moving fluidly back and forth between being seen and feeling comfort and being stretched and feeling inspired. The environment she creates for us is grounded and tender, and allows the work to unfold at a pace and intensity that meet any given moment I find myself in. Every time I see her, I always leave feeling like it was exactly what I needed right then. I'm so glad to have her in my corner.
Jessica was amazing! She has this amazing energy that she brings to how she shows up as a coach. She put me at ease, and made me feel heard, seen, and valued in our conversation. I took so much away from our session

What I went into the day hoping to experience was only a speck of what actually occurred for me. The activities and reflection have me thinking about my true purpose in ways I have not thought about before. And, I feel more comfortable than I ever have that my journey is perfect no matter how flawed it feels at times. Thank you WYLD for bringing women together to learn from and lean on!
Women who Run with the Wolves exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be quality time with depth and delight and discovery. What I figured out that day and in many moments afterwards were the connections that this day introduced me to that are full of gratitude and grace. The combo of nature and neuroscience makes perfect sense together. Kristin knows that already and ushers us into this journey with her expertise and excellence. I am more aware, more accepting, and more curious after this day. I’m grateful for the precious time, the new humans that I know and admire, and the growth that was a perfect birthday gift to myself as I usher in #56.
Slow down to get clear.
Take the time to cultivate your purpose with an intensive focus on your personal development. With the exception of short, strategic sprints, everything in nature moves at a steady pace. Human beings? We’re always ON with little to no time for reflection. More than ever, we need the time to slowly, and consciously, design our lives the way we want them to be.

What your WYLD retreat could look like
While we tailor our activities according to your learning goals, we lead with an overarching framework: the four directions or compass. Each day centers on a different direction.
Sample Activity: Soul Collage
Evolve and dimensionalize your intention for the days ahead, leadership goals, and dreams for your next chapter. Working with various creative materials, you will design a vision board.
Wisdom
The majority of our time we are communicating non verbally using body language, micro facial expressions, and visuals to get our thoughts and feelings across most often on a subconscious level. This activity brings intentionality and conscious listening to transform those inner inclinations to life in a physical and thus action oriented way.
Values & Outcomes
Creative play offers a much needed space for bigger picture thinking, healing, and clarity. When words limit what we think is possible, visuals open and liberate our imaginations once again. You will walk away with a tangible reminder of your vision which will serve as a guide in shaping your next steps.
*This is an example, not a final agenda
Sample Activity: Intuitive Horse work
Greet a herd of horses and tap into the wisdom each one has to offer. Expand your non verbal communication during an activity like moving a horse, without touching, from one side of a pen to the other.
Wisdom
As prey animals, horses act as a mirror for who we are and how we feel. A horse reacts to our body language and energy immediately, providing instant feedback to the tone and atmosphere we create as leaders. Each horse has a unique wisdom to provide around emotional intelligence and power.
Values & Outcomes
Horses build our intuitive capacities. We develop greater empathy, understand our communication style, and learn how to set or soften boundaries. Horses guide humans to more intentionally direct their emotions & understand others’. As a herd, they model what synchronized teamwork looks like.
*This is an example, not a final agenda
Sample Activity: Skeet Shooting / Archery
Compete with yourself and others as you learn how to hit stationary and moving targets.
Wisdom
When we prepare, focus, and align mind, body and breath, we hit our benchmarks of success. Archery or shooting often engages our adrenaline and performance anxiety, allowing us to mature our relationship with success and failure - building a growth mindset. Upon receiving instant feedback, resilient leaders adjust course, return their sights back on the target and try again. You hit the target or you don’t - the visibility of our performance keeps participants accountable and humble.
Values & Outcomes
These activities serve as a framework for a meaningful, candid discussion around how you define, measure, and recognize success. There is no imposter syndrome here - leaning in and learning from failure is a catalyst for courageous leadership.
*This is an example, not a final agenda
Sample Activity: Re-entry Roadmap
Participants spend time reflecting on how they hope to integrate the WYLD wisdom they’ve shared and received. Each person will develop a plan to guide their continued growth, personally and professionally.
Wisdom
Benchmarks serve as guiding lights to desired future outcomes. Our goal is that each person demonstrates visible personal growth and brings a toolkit home with them to share with their teammates, loved ones, and friends.
Values & Outcomes
These 5 days are designed to kick into gear each participant’s five senses and help them step into their full potential and power. This self discovery isn’t luxurious or always easy. WYLD’s intention is to build a lasting memory and blueprint for each person to leverage as they craft the life and work want.

Give your family or friend getaway a creative and soulful spin. Allow us to not only do the heavy lifting of researching the right venue and organizing the trip for your group, but also let us design an experience that brings you closer together. Leave with a deeper awareness of yourself and your loved ones.
WYLD is a gift you should give yourself. This retreat is a valuable investment that helps reveal who you are, WHY you are, and gives you the tools to grow into who you want to be. The WYLD retreat gave me a chance to quiet my mind (no laundry, cooking, errands, kids) and have the chance to listen to a brilliant curriculum and participate in meaningful conversations and challenging activities. This retreat is everything - its both heavy and light, its both confusing and clarifying, its both hard work and restful. There are surprises around every corner and you get to experience the week with awesome people, fresh air, and activities you'll never forget. Its f*cking awesome. At any stage of life you will have a great time and walk away feeling more in integrity with yourself and ready to take on the world. GO!
To say that WYLD is life changing is an understatement. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat, this is not the one for you. However, if you are looking to push yourself to find your true power, WYLD will help get you there. The amount of personal growth that is inspired, and the amount of support offered during that growth, is absolutely beyond measure. The activities are perfectly crafted to provide every person with exactly what they need to find themselves. You are immersed in a safe haven to be genuinely who you are and to actively seek your own destination. The growth doesn’t stop at the end of the retreat – you are given the tools, framework, and support to continue on your journey while back in the ‘real world.’ I am beyond words grateful for this experience, and for the rest of my tribe.
I was told it would be life changing in ways you can't predict. The beauty of this retreat is it somehow manages to hit exactly what every person needs. There is no way to describe it as everyone comes in with different strengths, challenges, and experiences that guide it to a totally different end result.
WYLD is about allowing teachers to hold up mirrors--of the right shape, in the right light, for the right amount of time--so that we may realize what's been hiding inside us, waiting to come out and play. WYLD exists because modern society has distracted us from the pure, fundamental aspects of what it means to be a productive, healthy, happy human. The problem WYLD solves is: creating space for humans to recognize their talents, their pitfalls, their joys, their demons, and how to work with each of those to be healthier and happier.
Our apologies for being redundant, but no two engagements look the same! It’s all tailored to your goals, budget, desired time frame, etc.
Some coaching is a set # of sessions designed to stretch and maximize your development dollars. Some engagements are ongoing in order to dig into meaty objectives and support you longer term.
Individuals looking to make big strides often sign up for 6 months of ongoing coaching.
Some reasons are to:
Many of our clients come to us because they have been wanting to make a change for sometime now - whether that’s in their personal lives, professional, or multiple spheres of their lives.
Some more specific reasons are:
Fit - find the right coach that creates the space for vulnerability, challenges your perspective, holds you accountable to your growth goals, collaborates with you to uncover tangible action steps, and celebrates your wins so even the loneliest leaders at the top receive much needed recognition.
Commit - be ready to put in what you want to get out of this engagement. WYLD coaches bring sharp expertise and a wealth of wisdom to the table, but ultimately you are the expert on you and it’s up to you to do the work. We will work with you to determine the best pace to support your development.
Open your mind - come in with a blank slate mentality no matter if you have experienced coaching before. We weave in a mix of many learning modalities - the more open you can be, the more you will take with you!
Our themes range from practical leadership topics to more conceptual, creative healing experiences. Our most popular professional subjects include talent enhancement (CliftonStrengths), peak performance and energy management (stress science), and the principles of great feedback. Our personal-leaning events are framed around a broader human challenge (ex. The gift and grief of parenthood) or a season of life (ex. The blank slate wisdom of the East / Springtime).
We are always brainstorming new event ideas! Reach out to learn more about what we could design for you.
No matter if it’s a virtual or in-person event, our workshops are multi-sensorial and designed to be as engaging and enriching as possible.
What does that mean?
While the component parts of an event are determined based on the topic, the general story arc of any WYLD workshop includes:
All over the country! We are always adding to our list of preferred venues so we can offer you the most convenient options that deliver an inspirational, nature-driven experience.
Our venue criteria:
We always say it’s never the right time and it’s always the right time.
So many of the people we work with have a seemingly insurmountable list of responsibilities and often are last on that list. Prioritizing yourself might look like a 1 hour workout class or squeezing in a dinner out with friends - what if that was where you put your time and attention for multiple days?
If you have had a nagging, persistent thought for a period of time - like why am I at this company, in this relationship, on this career path, still struggling with __ pattern? - then a retreat is a perfect place to address these questions head on.
