Once an expat, twice a mom, Maika is forever a storyteller. Known globally as the coach of coaches, Maika’s insights into strengths-based leadership are original and meaningful. She authored and hosted Gallup’s Theme Thursday podcast, downloaded as the primary educational tool for learning the CliftonStrengths assessment more than two million times.
