The moment I get on a call with Andrea I feel a sense of exploration and clarity. She is patient and nurturing while simultaneously firm and catalytic. She asks the right questions. I have unlocked huge insights about myself, personally and professionally, and made life enhancing decisions because of her support. Every woman should have a woman like Andrea in their life as a guide, advocate, and sounding board. I will always come back to my notes to ponder and refresh. Throughout the many seasons of my life I return to coaching with her as a “tune up”. I carry our conversations with me.

Working with Andee, I find myself moving fluidly back and forth between being seen and feeling comfort and being stretched and feeling inspired. The environment she creates for us is grounded and tender, and allows the work to unfold at a pace and intensity that meet any given moment I find myself in. Every time I see her, I always leave feeling like it was exactly what I needed right then. I'm so glad to have her in my corner.

“I am consistently blown away by Andrea’s ability to make the most complex subjects easy to understand and fun to dive into. Her curiosity is contagious. She is a front of the room leader who also guides by your side. I feel comfortable to express myself courageously and be direct with those around me. Thank you Andrea, your life experience and wisdom are so inspirational.
